Who is
Renzo van de Stolpe
My name is Renzo van de Stolpe, and I am the founder of Bijvanck Business Optimizer, a division of RVDS Consultancy.
I'm a genuine autodidact with great vigor and an 'out of the box' approach. I effortlessly shift from idea to idea, canceling out ‘quick fixes’ lacking logic or supporting facts. With little attachment to tradition, I discard existing systems and merge diverse ideas, using my knowledge progressively. When faced with chronic, systemic problems, I demonstrate dedication, analyzing from various perspectives and envisioning creative solutions. I find joy and passion in combining people, creativity and knowlegde to find the best solutions, making me invaluable in brainstorming sessions. My confidence, rapid thought experiments, and ability to connect various ideas and people make my collaboration style intriguing. Given the opportunity to combine these traits, my enthusiasm and determination shine impressively.
Over the past 20 years, I have gained valuable work experience in the technical manufacturing industry as an Order Coordinator, Technical Buyer, and Sales Engineer, both nationally and internationally. During this time, I have developed in-depth knowledge and expertise in areas such as process optimisation, project management, strategic purchasing, inventory management, relationship management, and technical sales, with a specialisation in plastic welding techniques and ultrasonic cutting techniques.
My experience spans various sectors, including automotive, aerospace, medical technology, high-tech, defense, food, packaging, textiles and non-woven materials, as well as household and white goods appliances. This broad industry experience enables me to provide versatile and customized solutions that perfectly align with the specific requirements and challenges of each industry.
In addition to my professional experience, I have over 15 years of practical experience in (functional) strength training, fitness, bodybuilding, and nutrition. I have applied level- and goal-specific training methods and strategies, including designing various nutrition and training plans.

When everything runs smoothly and precisely on race day, and man and machine become one, a fast lap time is the result. This is similar to the processes within an organization that lead to a particular outcome. The same focus, preparation, and precision needed for a successful race are also essential for achieving success within an organisation.
Bodybuilding
Bodybuilding is more than a sport to me; it is a lifestyle that requires discipline and dedication. Every repetition in the gym begins with a well-thought-out plan. When nutrition, training, and rest are perfectly aligned, this is rewarded with gains in strength and muscle growth. Just like in an organization, where well-coordinated processes lead to success. The lessons in consistency, perseverance, and precision I carry into my professional life, where I continuously strive for optimal results.
Cooking
To me, cooking is like an art form and a way to relax. Every successful dish begins with careful preparation and a selection of the right ingredients. When flavors, textures, and techniques come together perfectly, it results in a delicious dish. Just like in an organization where well-coordinated processes lead to success, cooking requires precision and attention. The creativity and accuracy I use in the kitchen, I apply to my professional life to achieve excellent results.
